First of withdrawal $2000 per week is less than from mostly casinos. In my opinion it must be $10000 per week. About slots games they are good enough I like that. To be honest its a normal rtg casino. So in 2017... I won, put in the documents and they idk what happened, but regsrdless they failed to send my check and I forgot about it. Sun Palace is an another RTG site which I just liked. Nothing different than in other clients. Operators are withdrawable in this case , site has all rtg games and much possibilites to win much. Low deposit like $10 is just an advantage, however cashouts are limited to just few methods here.

After I lost my deposit, I went on line and chatted with their friendly customer service representative who gave me a deposit bonus even though i probably was not entitled to it. Sun Palace is another RTG casino that focuses more on US and Canadian players as their no deposit bonuses I've seen are meant for US and Canada only, my few conversations with their live chat has proven the same. I have played there once with a deposit and lost money quickly. They are a decent casino and I do think they are trustful but I am not a depositor there because I like to have free chips frequently and they don't offer that to me. Other than that- nothing bad.

I have been waiting eight days to even receive the documents from the finance department for a $1,000.00 payout (coupon far beyond met). The finance department wrote back stating that they would send me documents in a few days - why didn't they send them then? My payout still has a "Requested" status. Sun Palace is part of the mainstreet casino group, who, in comparison to many RTG operations, are basically a decent and trustworthy operation. As a UK player though, you are given very poor service by this casino - they won't grant you any bonuses unless you will accept an outrageously high wagering requirement, even though the same bonus are offered to North American players under much better terms and conditions. I cannot recommend the casino because of this however you can be sure to receive reasonable support and will be paid should you win.
